Our main focus is on turning and milling capabilities, but we also have a full assortment of complementary machining including presses, gear shaping, sawing, grinding, drilling, welding, and others.

Turning: We are utilizing fifteen (15) CNC lathes. Turning capacity ranges up to 20" O.D. and shaft lengths to 5 feet.

Milling: Our milling capacity ranges up to 40 x 22 x 25 inches. Our milling department specializes in both production machining and mold and pattern making.

Other Manufacturing: We also utilize a full range of support machinery including presses, gear shaping, saws, drills, grinders, and others.

Quality Control: As a certified machining source to our customers, we maintain the latest quality control standards. We have a temperature controlled lab which includes a new coordinate measuring machine and a full range of measuring devices and gauges.

Warehousing: Our well organized warehouse space allows for machining and storage of products for "just-in-time" delivery. We also can negotiate the lowest raw material costs by ordering larger quantities and warehousing the materials for future use.
